Contact the breeder

Message the breeder via chat. Ask about conditions, feeding, temperament, pickup terms. Check reviews and breeder verification.

Reserve (optional)

Don't want to lose the chosen animal? Click "Reserve" and arrange the deposit and date with the breeder. You pay the deposit directly to the breeder — ReptiMarket does not process payments.

Personal pickup

Meeting with the breeder at an agreed location or pickup at the breeding facility. In Poland live animals are NOT shipped by courier — animal welfare first. Outside PL — check local regulations and contact the breeder. Payment arranged with the breeder (cash / transfer / BLIK).

Accept transfer in the system

After pickup the breeder initiates the transfer — you accept it in the panel and the animal along with the entire breeding journal (feeding, weight, sheds, vet visits) becomes yours. Full history goes with you — forever.

Safe purchase rules

✓ Buy only from verified breeders — check the "Verified breeder" badge on the profile.
✓ Pay attention to CITES — species from Appendix I/II require documentation. The breeder must legally possess them.
✓ Never pay for shipping of a live animal — on ReptiMarket sales are STRICTLY personal pickup only.
✓ Deposit sent without reservation acceptance in the system = fraud risk. Reserve only via ReptiMarket.
✓ Before pickup — familiarize yourself with the species' husbandry requirements (terrarium, feeding, temperatures).
