P&M Gecko Nest – Terms & Conditions 🦎🖤 1. RESERVATION & DEPOSIT An animal is considered reserved once a deposit of 30% of the purchase price has been received. The deposit is non-refundable if the buyer decides to cancel the purchase. 2. PAYMENT The remaining balance must be paid before personal collection or shipping. We do not ship animals with cash on delivery. 3. ANIMAL HEALTH All animals leaving our breeding facility are in good condition, feeding independently and showing no concerning signs of illness. If any problems occur after collection or delivery, please contact us immediately. 4. TRANSPORT / COLLECTION Personal collection is available by prior arrangement. Animals can also be collected at selected reptile shows and events that we attend. Shipping is arranged exclusively through trusted transport companies experienced in transporting live animals. Shipping dates depend on weather conditions. The safety and well-being of the animal always come first. 5. LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE Every animal is properly and safely packed for transport. In the event of any problem during delivery, the buyer must contact us immediately after receiving the animal and provide photos or video documenting the situation. 6. RETURNS Once a healthy animal has been received, returns due to a change of mind are not accepted. 7. BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY Before purchasing an animal, the buyer is responsible for familiarising themselves with the requirements of the species and preparing a suitable enclosure and appropriate keeping conditions. After the animal has been handed over, we cannot be held responsible for problems resulting from improper husbandry, feeding, temperature, humidity or other care-related mistakes. 8. SEX OF YOUNG ANIMALS For very young animals, the sex may only be estimated. We cannot guarantee the sex of an animal if it is marked with a “?” in the listing. 9. PHOTOS & APPEARANCE Photos show the animal being offered. However, its appearance may vary slightly depending on age, shedding, lighting and its current coloration. 10. AFTER-SALE SUPPORT We are always happy to provide support after the purchase. If you have any questions regarding feeding, enclosure setup or general care, feel free to contact us.
